Interventions

Control group:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy + exploratory choledochotomy (LC+LCBDE) +T tube drainage
Group 1:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy, exploratory choledochotomy, primary suture and endoscopic nasobiliary drainage (LC+LCBDE+PS+ENBD)
Group 2:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy + primary suture (LC+LTCBDE+PS)
Group 3:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy + exploratory choledochotomy + primary suture (LC+LCBDE+PS)
Group 4:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy + endoscopic lithotomy + nasobiliary drainage (LC+ERCP+ENBD+EST)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as secondary choledocholithiasis by B-ultrasound and MRCP examination before surgery, and the choledocholithiasis diameter and number of calculi were determined and confirmed by intraoperative exploration; 2. The patient had a history of topless abdominal surgery and trauma; 3. No intrahepatic bile duct stones; 4. No jaundice or severe biliary tract infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute severe cholangitis and acute pancreatitis indicated by preoperative examination or intraoperative exploration; 2. Patients with biliary tract malformation, malignant stenosis, and variation; 3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or other serious diseases before surgery who cannot tolerate surgery.
