Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary caregiver for newly diagnosed children aged <=12 years who need surgery; 2. Children diagnosed in our hospital from 2021 to 2023 with congenital cataract undergoing cataract extraction or cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation; 3. The primary caregivers of the children signed the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other eye lesions, such as small eyeball, small cornea, congenital iris abnormality, eye trauma, etc.; Unable to return to the hospital on time to complete follow-up and related examinations; 2. History of serious systemic diseases: congenital heart disease, rheumatic immunity, kidney disease and digestive system diseases.
