Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 80 years (including 18 and 80 years old), gender is not limited; 2. Patients who meet each group of diagnostic criteria; 3. Local wound infection or osteomyelitis was basically controlled; 4. ABI>=0.6 or color ultrasound of lower limb artery did not indicate serious stenosis or occlusion of lower limb artery on the affected side; 5. Good blood sugar control; 6. No mental system diseases; 7. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Only abnormal glucose tolerance or impaired fasting blood glucose were diagnosed; 2. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus or specific type diabetes mellitus; 3. Patients with acute complications of diabetes, such as diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic hyperosmosis and hyperglycemia, who should not perform foot tissue sampling; 4. The wound surface is caused by malignant tumor, radiation injury, severe limb ischemia, tuberculosis, fungi, tetanus and other special infections; 5. Complicated with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems, or serious diseases affecting their survival (such as tumors or AIDS); 6. Wound infection cannot be controlled; 7. Patients preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy and breastfeeding; 8. Patients deemed unsuitable for the study by the investigator.
