Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 75 years; 2. Total hysterectomy and pelvic abdominal lymph node dissection were planned; 3. General anesthesia by tracheal intubation; 4. No previous history of abdominal surgery; 5. No history of mental illness; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been assessed by the competent physician as having possible gastrointestinal metastasis of the tumor and the operation may involve the intestine; 2. Patients who cannot tolerate oral intestinal cleansers; 3. Patients who cannot tolerate mechanical enema; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine diseases, psychosis, chronic intestinal diseases (intestinal tuberculosis, Crohn's disease, chronic non-specific ulcerative colitis, etc.); 6. Acute abdomen (gastrointestinal perforation, gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal obstruction, intestinal torsion, etc.); 7. Poor compliance, unable to follow the doctor's advice to carry out relevant preparations for rapid rehabilitation.
