Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (Trial ninth Edition), those who meet the criteria for "mild" diagnosis and treatment and asymptomatic infection; 2. Patients with positive nucleic acid test for novel coronavirus; Those who did not receive the novel coronavirus vaccine were positive for both IgM and IgG antibodies. 3. No signs of pneumonia on imaging; 4. The clinical symptoms are mild, including low fever, slight fatigue, smell and taste disorders, etc., and there may be no obvious clinical symptoms after infection with the novel coronavirus.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to participate in investigation and follow-up; 2. Neurological or mental disorders; 3. Patients who have undergone surgery or radiotherapy in nasopharynx or oral cavity; 4. Patients who already have olfactory or taste disorders; 5. Serious head injury; 6. Patients with allergic rhinitis and chronic sinusitis; 7. Suffering from mucosal diseases in the tongue or other parts of the mouth; 8. Subjects considered unsuitable by the investigator to participate in this study.
