Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years; 2. Patients who are clearly diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and require interventional therapy; diagnostic criteria for acute myocardial infarction: (1) STEMI diagnostic criteria: cTn>99% upper limit of normal reference value (ULN) or CK-MB>99hULN, ECG showed ST segment arched dorsal elevation, accompanied by one or more of the following conditions: persistent ischemic chest pain; ultrasound; Cardiogram showing segmental wall motion abnormalities; coronary angiography abnormalities; (2) Diagnostic criteria for NSTEMI: cTn > 99% ULN or CK-MB > 99% ULN, accompanied by one or more of the following conditions: persistent ischemic chest pain; electrocardiogram showing ST segment depression or T wave low in new-onset NSTEMI Flat, inverted; echocardiogram showing segmental wall motion abnormalities; coronary angiography abnormalities; 3. Determine the culprit plaque, in this study, the determination of the culprit lesion was determined by coronary angiography and ECG examination results.
