Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Permanent residents in the community; 2. Aged at least 60 years old; 3. Meet the MCR diagnostic criteria, including: (1) Absence of dementia: the diagnosis was made according to community doctors combined with disease history and MMSE score>24; (2) Preserved basic activities of daily living: the score of ADL=75 years, =75 years, <=0.66m/s; 4. Participants who were able to withstand the lowest intensity stretch band training (Borg fatigue Scale score<11 on the basis of 100% stretching); 5. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent after informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot walk independently (including using assistive tools); 2. People with serious cardiopulmonary dysfunction and neurological, muscular and skeletal diseases (myasthenia gravis, lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, inflammatory myopathy); 3. Those with serious mental disorders (schizophrenia, affective disorder) that affect cognitive function; 4. A history of alcohol dependence or regular use of cognitive-altering drugs (sedative-hypnotic drugs, anti-anxiety drugs) in the past six months; 5. Medical intervention that may affect walking (elective surgery, postoperative movement restriction and hemodialysis treatment); 6. Regular exercise habits (at least twice a week, each time>=20min); 7. Participants in similar sports programs.
