Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Young people with symptoms of depression and anxiety were selected; 2. SDS standard score >=50 (that is, more than mild depression); 3. SAS standard score >=50 points (that is, mild anxiety above); 4. Young people aged between 15 and 28; 5. Patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with brain organic diseases and serious physical diseases; 2. Laboratory examination of patients with severe abnormalities; 3. People with bidirectional disorder and serious suicidal tendency; 4. Patients with severe psychoactive substance abuse; 5. Those who cannot accept psychological treatment.
