Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 50 years; 2. Those with normal reading, understanding, and expression abilities can conduct physical assessment tests and complete the questionnaire with the investigators; 3. Sign informed consent, and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of serious illness or a history of present illness, including mental illness (severe anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, personality disorder, etc.), organic diseases of the central nervous system (aphasia, audio-visual impairment, cerebrovascular disease, brain inflammation, brain tumor, brain trauma, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, etc.) or carbon monoxide poisoning and general anesthesia and other diseases that cause cognitive decline; 2. People with dementia diagnosed by community doctors; 3. Obvious asymmetric balance dysfunction, paralysis, disability, need for lower extremity walking due to disease (combined with a diabetic foot or severe cardiovascular disease, skeletal muscle and other motor system diseases, requiring long-term hemodialysis), trauma, etc. assisted walking, etc. affecting walking function.
