Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The general condition of the patient is fair (such as hemoglobin greater than 90g/L, serum protein greater than 30g/L, and good liver and kidney function), no serious dysfunction of important organs, no cachexia, autoimmune or immunodeficiency diseases, Systemic diseases such as infections and severe mental disorders; 2. The preoperative colonoscopy pathology report confirmed the diagnosis of colorectal malignant tumors. CT scans of the chest, abdomen and pelvis plus enhanced showed that there was no distant organ metastasis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers who participated in other drug clinical trials or other anesthesia treatment trials within 3 months before being selected for this study; 2. Telephone follow-up, female patients who refuse to accept this study or are of childbearing age or pregnancy; 3. This study excluded patients with multiple organ resection or other digestive tract diseases or malignant tumors; 4. Patients who have received organ transplantation; 5. Patients who have had a history of surgery and have had serious complications and a history of poor anesthesia surgery.
