Segmental pneumonectomy group:Conventional anatomic partial lobectomy,Fluorescence back staining to determine the plane between segments

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nodules = 50%; 3. Nodule doubling time >= 400 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients with various medical diseases, poor cardiopulmonary function and intolerance to segmental pneumonectomy; 2. History of pneumoconiosis and tuberculosis estimates severe bronchial and perivascular adhesions; 3. Preoperative examination and examination have complications and previous history that affect the operation index, or other complications that affect the operation.
