Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of glasses bite; 2. Age >=18 years old and <=60 years old; 3. Never received drug treatment for snakebite before being selected; 4. voluntarily accept the test and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients with unconsciousness, dementia, and various mental diseases; 3. Patients with varicose veins or edema in the affected limb; 4. Patients with diabetes and poor long-term blood sugar control combined with diabetic foot. 5. Those who are allergic to chymotrypsin or anti-cobra venom serum; 6. Patients with heart, liver and kidney insufficiency before being selected; 7. Patients with tumor, blood system disease or immunodeficiency; 8. Patients treated with glucocorticoid for a long time before admission.
