16 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16 to 65 with scaphoid nonunions; 2. Treated by arthroscopic bone graft and percutaneous fixation; 3. The type of fractures were SladeGeissler's III-VI; 4. Agree to the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The fracture line can not be observed in mediocarpal joint; 2. The fracture block of proximal scaphoid had collapsed; 3. With serious carpal arthritis; 4. With skin and soft tissue necrosis.
