Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute insomnia; 2. COVID-19 Diagnosed Patients; 3. 18 years old and above; 4. Insomnia severity index (ISI), >=8 points; 5. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases that have not been effectively controlled or are extremely serious by Clinician's Judgment, such as persistent pain from various causes, malignant tumor, Cardiovascular disease (High blood pressure, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, Cerebral infarction, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's Disease, dementia, epilepsy), neuroendocrine disease (diabetes, Hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism), neuromuscular disease Gastrointestinal diseases, etc. (gastroesophageal reflux), etc. insomnia disorder; 2. Mentally disorders patients with suicidal tendencies; 3. Participating in other clinical studies; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women or planning to become pregnant during treatment.
