Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obesity group: (1) Obese patients in the obesity clinic of Endocrinology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China; (2) Age =28kg/m2 according to WHO standards; (4) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent. 2. Control group: (1) Medical examiners from the Physical Examination Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China; (2) Age <= 18 years old, age <=70 years old, gender unlimited; (3) According to WHO standards, 18.5kg/m2<=BMI < 24kg/m2; (4) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Autoimmune diseases; 2. Chronic inflammatory diseases; 3. Chronic liver or kidney disease or liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Tumor history; 5. Recent infection; 6. Nearly 3 months Or those who are using glucocorticoids; 7. Those who have a history of trauma, MI, or cerebral infarction in the past 3 months.
