Combined with the following evidence of myocardial ischemia (>=1 item): (1) Ischemic symptoms: continuous myocardial ischemia symptoms, >=30 minutes; (2) ECG: ST-segment elevation appeared in two adjacent leads, ST-segment elevation >=0.2 mV in V2 and V3 leads, and other leads elevation >=0.1 mV; Or new left bundle branch block on electrocardiogram; (3) The evolution of electrocardiogram suggested the emergence of a new pathological Q wave; (4) Imaging data, including echocardiography, suggested new necrotic myocardium or segmental abnormal movement of the ventricular wall.
