Interventions

The experimental group:Prophylactic antibiotics are no longer used before surgery
The control group:Levofloxacin(levofloxacin 500 mg in 100 mL 0.9% saline, once a day) was used prophylactically for 3 days before surgery.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Any person 18 years old or older with upper urinary tract stones of any size for which percutaneous nephrolithotomy was recommended; 2. Preoperative urine cultures were negative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Antibiotic use within 2 weeks before randomization 2.There are contraindications to levofloxacin 3.Patients are generally in poor condition,unable to tolerate anesthesia and surgery 4.Percutaneous nephrolithotomy is not possible due to anatomic abnormalities such as spinal deformity 5.Pregnant or lactating female patients.
