Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective surgery under general anesthesia is planned; 2. Age >= 65 years old; 3. Self-reported that the average sleep time at night in the past week is less than 5 hours; 4. The patient gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The smart bracelet monitoring showed that the nighttime sleep duration was greater than 5 hours on the second day before the operation; 2. Infection or hematoma at the puncture site; 3. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 4. The end of the operation was later than 19:00 on the day.
