Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for CKD: the definition and diagnostic criteria of CKD refer to the K/DOQI guidelines issued by the national kidney foundation of the United States, which are defined as long-term renal dysfunction and structural abnormalities caused by various causes, lasting for 3 months or more, and the diagnostic criteria are glomerular filtration rate less than 60ml/min.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with underlying heart diseases: patients with cardiac function of grade III-IV and significantly limited physical activity, severe heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, congenital hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, hyperthyroidism heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, post-bypass surgery, myocarditis, pericardial disease, etc.; Or a recent acute cardiovascular event; 2. Recent complicated severe infection; 3. Complicated with severe hepatobiliary disease, active or wasting disease (such as malignant tumor, severe tuberculosis); 4. Patients with primary parathyroid disease and parathyroidectomy cannot be excluded if thyroid disease has an impact on heart structure and function; 5. Patients who have used glucocorticoids or immunosuppressive therapy and ACEI/ARB drugs in the last six months.
