Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients met the diagnostic criteria of GDM in obstetrics and gynecology (9th Edition) and were diagnosed by glucose load test; 2. The study was carried out on the premise of being informed, and relevant informed documents have been signed; 3. The patient has been filed in the hospital since the date of pregnancy determination, and the previous prenatal examination data are complete; 4. The maternal-fetal position was normal and they were all singleton pregnancies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with diabetes before pregnancy. 2. Patients with hypertension and other chronic diseases; 3. The patients have obvious mental disorders, consciousness disorders and cognitive disorders; 4. Patients who cannot communicate normally; 5. The patient has hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.
