Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, sex restriction; 2. Patients diagnosed as tumor by pathology; 3. Patients with cancer pain with a score >= 1 on the numerical score scale; 4. There were no opioid contraindications, liver and kidney function, hematology and ECG before treatment; 5. The patient has no communication barrier and can cooperate with the curative effect evaluation; 6. Definite treatment time for cancer pain; 7. Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious bleeding tendency; 2. Those with dysfunction of heart, brain, kidney and other important organs; 3. Allergic constitution and contraindications to the study drug; 4. Oxycodone and morphine were used alternately without following the normal dose.
