Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patients aged >= 60 years; 2. Patients who will undergo surgery; 3. Informed consent has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Planning or participating in other research; 2. Have participated in this study before; 3. patients with severe or uncontrolled systemic disease (e.g. unstable or decompensated respiratory, heart, liver or kidney disease); 4. The patient's laboratory results indicate that the patient is not suitable for the study; 5. Patients who will undergo cardiac surgery or major vascular surgery; 6. Patients with communication disorders or difficult telephone follow-up; 7. Patients with estimated postoperative mechanical ventilation duration of more than 2 days.
