Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, pathologically proven thyroid papillary carcinoma, single lymph node metastasis in lateral neck level III or IV diagnosed by ultrasound, CT and fine needle aspiration; 2. No distant metastasis; 3. No history of surgery and radiotherapy in the neck; 4. No contraindications of FNA and operation; 5. Patients agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. High-risk pathological subtypes; 2. Age > 80 years old, pregnancy or many complications are not suitable for operation; 3. Patients cannot be followed up.
