18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Spontaneous initiation of labor; 2. 18 to 45 years old; 3. First-time pregnant women with single fetus and cephalic position, whose gestational age is 37 ~ 41+6 gestation weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to vaginal birth such as pelvic malformation or abnormal maneuver, placenta previa or abruption; 2. Severe pregnancy complications and mergeneration such as pre-eclampsia or eclampsia; chronic hypertension; pre-gestational or gestational diabetes; 3. Previous uterine scar.
