Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients above 18 years with proximal aortic dissection/aneurysm; 2. Patients subjected to aortic surgery or intervention at First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University; 3. Patients agreeing to participate in this study and willing to give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not suitable for surgery or intervention; 2. Patients with pre-existing cancer condition or cancer predisposition; 3. Patients who are pregnant; 4. Patient with critical renal function who cannot tolerate standard amount contrast agent.
