Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Orthopedic lower extremity surgery under subarachnoid block anesthesia; 2. ASA?- ? grade; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with subarachnoid block anesthesia contraindications such as abnormal blood coagulation, inflammation or infection at the puncture site, trauma to the spine or a history of severe back pain; 2. Patients with a history of chronic pain or long-term use of analgesics, pain and paresthesia, recent trauma, surgery and other pain history; 3. Those who have severe dysfunction in important organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys; 4. Sinus bradycardia and atrioventricular block; 5. Patients suffering from endocrine diseases, mental illnesses, and disturbances of consciousness, long-term use of sedatives or patients who are dependent on sedatives; 6. Pregnancy or lactation; 7. Those who have not controlled hypertension.
