Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People aged over 12 years on the community list.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People suffering from mental retardation and dementia; 2. Unable to complete the investigation due to physical illness; 3. People serving sentences; 4. Have moved out of the community; 5. Can not be contacted by phone or other means; 6. Unable to sign informed consent for various reasons; 7. Refuse to participate.
