Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged over 65 years with unilateral hip fracture to be operated under intraspinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other severe trauma, coagulopathy, digestive tract ulcer or bleeding; 2. Patients with a history of local anesthetic allergy and opioid addiction; 3. Patients who cannot communicate or score normally; 4. Patients who did not receive surgical treatment; 5. Participate in other randomized clinical trials.
