Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years. 2. Sign surgery-related informed consent. 3. The first ERCP is successfully executed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-primary duodenal papilla (including previous sphincter incision, papillectomy, balloon dilatation, and bilioenterostomy). 2. Weigh less than 40kg. 3. Indomethacin suppository was used for perioperative prevention. 4. The following conditions existed during the operation: (1) Difficult intubation occurs; (2) Preincision or other measures for difficult intubation or other reasons; (3) Stray into the pancreatic duct. 5. Preventive pancreatic duct stent implantation was performed after ERCP. 6. The extraction value is missing. 7. Pregnant patients. 8. Postoperative bile duct residual stones.
