Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Examination revealed grade I spondylolisthesis; Isthmic fracture; 2. Patients diagnosed with discogenic low back pain, disc herniation or lumbar spinal stenosis by imaging examination; 3. The pain caused by the disease seriously affects the daily work and life, and the symptoms are not relieved after a short period of conservative treatment; 4. The responsible segments ranged from the second lumbar vertebra (L2) to the first sacral vertebra (S1); 5. Aged 18-80 years; 6. The course of disease is greater than or equal to 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with spinal fracture, spinal infection, and intraspinal tumor; 2. Previous spinal surgery; 3. Patients with osteoporosis (T<-2.5), systemic autoimmune diseases, end-stage renal disease, and Parkinson's disease; 4. Patients who are not eligible for surgery due to serious medical diseases; 5. Patients who suffer from mental illness and cannot communicate properly or strictly follow medical advice.
