Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years; 2. Clinical manifestations include low fever, cough, phlegm, chest tightness, chest pain, hemoptysis and other clinical symptoms and signs; 3. Chest CT indicated nodules or consolidation and exudation with imaging features, and after anti-infective treatment for 1 week, CT reexamination showed no obvious absorption of the lesions, which required further clarification of etiological diagnosis; 4. No culture-positive bacteria were found in the conventional sputum smears; 5. Agree to perform CT-guided lung puncture biopsy and sign informed consent, and agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient could not tolerate tracheoscopy or CT-guided lung puncture; 2. The patient had poor coagulation function, the indexes related to coagulation function and blood routine did not meet the inclusion criteria, or the respiratory tract showed serious bleeding symptoms; 3. Patients with acute heart failure, severe asthma, unstable angina and other serious underlying diseases; 4. Recently taking anticoagulant drugs, antiplatelet drugs or drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis; 5. Allergies to narcotic drugs.
