Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years; 2. Han nationality; 3. BMI >= 28 kg/m^2; 4. The weight was stable, and the weight change within 3 months was less than 2.5kg; 5. Willingness to lose weight; 6. No history of bariatric surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking drugs that affect metabolism or appetite; 2. Suffering from serious diseases such as cardiovascular system, cerebrovascular system, respiratory system, genitourinary system, digestive system and blood system, mental diseases; 3. The patient's physical condition is not suitable for exercise.
