Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Sixty patients (ASA grade II ~ III, age = 65 years old, male and female) undergoing valve replacement under general anesthesia under cardiopulmonary bypass were selected. In order to exclude the deviation caused by different operation methods and habits, all patients were from the same group of surgeons. The patients were randomly divided into ultrasound-guided patients Transverse thoracic muscle plane block group (group T) and control group (Group C), with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were in age and sex There was no significant difference in gender, weight and education level (P > 0.05).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who disagree with the implementation of transverse thoracic muscle plane block; ? Preoperative Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) showed cognitive impairment (preoperative score, illiteracy = 17 points, primary school = 20 points, middle school = 22 points, University = 23 points); ? Preoperative mental illness or long-term use of sedatives or antidepressants; ? The skin at the puncture site is damaged or infected; ? History of allergy to amide local anesthetics; ? Unable to communicate due to hearing or vision impairment; ? Have a history of drug abuse or mental illness; ? Thoracoscopic surgery; Patients with secondary surgery.
