55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of SCD and MCI respectively; 2. Patients aged between 55 and 80 years; 3. Patients with right handedness; 4. Patients with informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive decline or impairment caused by other reasons; 2. Patients with history of mental sickness; 3. Patients with history of smoking,drinking or drug abuse; 4. Patients with hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes; 5. Patients who can not cooperate with assessment and test; 6. Patients with contraindications of MRI; 7.Patients who had previously used other drugs that may cause changes in cognitive function or failure of important organs such as cardio-cerebral and renal organs were included.
