Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have independent behavior ability, can understand the scale content, gender is not limited; 2. Able to participate in long-term follow-up, and cooperate with the scale, imaging, blood sample examination; 3. Understand and voluntarily participate in this study, and I sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without capacity for civil conduct; 2. Patients who are not suitable for MRI examination due to disease or other reasons; 3. Participated in other interventional clinical trials within 3 months; 4. The researcher judged poor compliance or inappropriate participation in this study.
