Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of abdominal surgery, meeting the diagnostic criteria for adhesive ileus; 2. Recurrent irregular abdominal pain, bloating or constipation symptoms, with or without nausea and vomiting, stopped anal exhaust and defecation; 3. Abdominal tenderness, no signs of peritoneal irritation, intestinal type or peristaltic wave, bowel sound hyperactivity; 4. CT showed small intestinal tube dilatation with diameter >3cm and gas-liquid level; 5. Aged 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 2. Other causes of ileus, such as mechanical ileus caused by tumor space occupation, strangulation ileus or inflammatory ileus; 3. Patients with critical condition complicated with shock, acidosis and multiple organ insufficiency; 4. Have received relevant treatment and may affect the observed indicators of effect; 5. Pregnant or lactating patients; 6. Patients suffering from mental illness; 7. Allergic constitution and allergic to the drug; 8. Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
