Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Twin patients undergoing surgery for tonsil and/or adenoid hypertrophy in Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center; 2. Children with non-respiratory diseases in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient had a history of antibiotics, drugs that suppress intestinal flora, or probiotics within 1 week.
