Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Insomnia disorder + depression disorder group: (1) Understand the research content and sign the informed consent; (2) The subjects received semi-structured interviews and met the diagnostic criteria of ICSD-3 chronic insomnia disorder and DSM-5 major depressive disorder; (3) Total score of HAMD scale >=17 points; (4) Aged >=55 years, Chinese. 2. Insomnia disorder + anxiety disorder group: (1) Understand the research content and sign the informed consent; (2) The subjects received semi-structured interviews and met the diagnostic criteria for ICSD-3 chronic insomnia disorder and DSM-5 generalized anxiety disorder; (3) Total score of HAMA scale >=14 points; (4) Aged >=55 years, Chinese. 3. Insomnia disorder + stress disorder group: (1) Understand the research content and sign the informed consent; (2) The subjects received semi-structured interviews and met the diagnostic criteria of ICSD-3 chronic insomnia disorder and DSM-5 post-traumatic stress disorder; (3) Total score of PCL-C scale >=50; (4) Aged >=55 years, Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physical diseases affecting the study (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, Alzheimer's disease, etc.); 2. Complicated with restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy, parasomnia and other types of sleep disorders, or AHI>=15 times/hour; 3. Combine with other mental disorders; 4. History of epilepsy; 5. History of rTMS, CBT-I or ECT treatment in the last 3 months; 6. Visual acuity or corrected vision less than 1.0; 7. Unable to communicate normally due to language problems; 8. Unable to cooperate with researchers for various other reasons.
