18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients or family members sign informed consent; 2. Select patients undergoing laparoscopic radical nephrectomy under general anesthesia or general anesthesia combined with subcostal margin QLB; 3. Informed consent for postoperative analgesia 48 hours after surgery was signed, and sufentanil was used for postoperative analgesia; 4. Aged 18 to 75 years; 5. ASA grade I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative cognitive dysfunction; 2. History of severe hypertension or heart disease; 3. Liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Blood system diseases and coagulation abnormalities; 5. BMI>30kg/m^2; 6. Distant viscera metastasis; 7. Recent use of antidepressants, sedatives or analgesics; 8. Previous history of abdominal surgery; 9. Recent history of chemoradiotherapy; 10. Open operation was changed during the operation; 11. Regional block complications such as puncture site injury, infection and bleeding and local anesthetic poisoning occurred in patients undergoing nerve block; 12. Failure to complete data collection.
