Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. Subarachnoid hemorrhage was diagnosed by CT, and aSAH was confirmed by CT angiography or digital subtraction angiography; 3. The patient was admitted to hospital within 72 hours after onset and received craniotomy for aneurysm; 4. Written informed consent signed by the patient or his legal agent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. It is suspected that aSAH may be caused by diseases related to bleeding tendency, trauma, tumor, arteriovenous malformation, cavernous hemangioma and other non-aneurysms; 2. History of central nervous system disease; 3. Acute or chronic infectious diseases are present at the time of onset; 4. Suffering from systemic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, blood and autoimmune diseases and tumours; 5. History of taking anticoagulant, antiplatelet, fibrinolytic and other drugs 1 month before admission; 6. Pregnancy or shorter life expectancy than the study period; 7. Early death or deterioration due to rebleeding or other complications; 8. Patients with acute hydrocephalus requiring early external ventricular drainage; 9. Patients receiving treatment or studying poor compliance.
