40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. General situation: (1) Han nationality, aged between 40 and 90 years, regardless of gender or education background; (2) The subject or guardian signed the informed consent; 2. Diagnosis of diabetes according to WHO standards; 3. Able to complete Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA); 4. The magnetic resonance examination process of subjects' heads was well coordinated, and the image quality was in line with the quality standards of diagnosis and post-processing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of brain parenchymal organic lesions and neurological diseases (such as brain tumors); 2. Nursing/pregnant patients; 3. Patients with MRI contraindications and claustrophobia, such as cardiac pacemakers or other metal implants.
