Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with chronic heart failure by doctors according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018; 2. Patients with NYHA classification of heart function II-- IV; 3. No mental illness, communication disorder or mobility disorder; 4. Patients who gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Associated with other diseases affecting the volume of access, such as diabetes insipidus, hydronephrosis, ureteral calculi; 2. Associated with other serious diseases, such as respiratory failure, acute cerebral infarction, renal failure; 3. There is obvious pleural effusion and abdominal effusion in imaging examination; 4. Patients who need special adjustment of input and output for treatment reasons; 5. Participated in relevant experimenters recently.
