Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.It is expected to require infusion therapy for more than 1 week. 2.Aged over 18 years old; 3.Blood routine and coagulation function are normal (each index is not more than 1.5 times the normal value). 4.Clear consciousness, in line with the indications for the use of medium-length catheters (infusion therapy with a treatment time of 1-4 weeks; infusion of antibiotics, fluid replacement and peripheral intravenous analgesics with good tolerance), and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Infection at the site or route of catheter placement; 2.History of radiation therapy, thrombosis, trauma, or vascular surgery at the catheter placement site. 3.History of thrombosis, hypercoagulable state, decreased venous blood flow to the extremities (eg, paralysis, lymphedema, orthopedics, neurological disorders), end-stage renal disease requiring venous protection. 4.Breast surgery to remove axillary lymph nodes, lymphedema. 5.No catheter should be placed in the area where surgery or radiotherapy is planned for the limb to be punctured. 6.Patients requiring tube discharge 7.Pre-infusion drugs are vesicants: such as anthracyclines, vinblastines, etc.
