35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult Uygur women aged 35 to 75 years, body mass index (BMI) >=30 kg/m^2, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I to ?, scheduled for open hysterectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused to participate in the experiment; 2. Contraindications of severe cardiopulmonary diseases and lumbar anesthesia; 3. Laparoscopic surgery is not suitable for spinal anesthesia.
