Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with brain functional diseases, including Parkinson's disease, dystonia, essential tremor, Tourette's syndrome, Huntington's disease, and mental illness, were diagnosed; 2. The patient received DBS surgery in our department; 3. Aged 18-80 years; 4. There is no serious organic disease; 5. The score of simple intelligent mental state examination scale (MMSE) is >=24 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental, cognitive and psychological disorders, unable to sign informed consent; 2. Other diseases that affect clinical evaluation, such as lower limb joint disease, spinal disease, neuropathy, and severe cardiopulmonary disease; 3. Intracranial structural changes, cerebrovascular diseases, and other neurological diseases; 4. Diseases that seriously affect health, such as tumors, serious abnormalities of liver and kidney function (indexes exceeding three times the normal value); 5. Claustrophobia and the presence of implants in the body affect the nuclear magnetic scan or quantitative EEG examination.
