18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. Fasting blood glucose 5.6 mmol/ L-6.9 mmol/L or 2h postprandial blood glucose 7.8 mmol/ L-11.0 mmol/L or HbA1c 5.7%-6.4%; 3. Body weight has remained stable in the past 3 months; 4. Eat three meals a day regularly; 5. Similar levels of physical activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Metabolic diseases, including but not limited to diabetes, cardiovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease, dry blood pressure, hyperlipidemia; 2. Special eating habits, such as vegetarian, Muslim, etc.; 3. Taking medications that affect blood sugar, appetite, or energy balance in the past 3 months; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Acute or chronic food allergies; 6. Diagnosed or self-reported gastrointestinal disease or discomfort; 7. Shift or night shift workers; 8. Continuous or cumulative smoking for more than 6 months; 9. Have a drinking habit.
