18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male; 2. Aged between 18 and 50 years; 3. Overweight (BMI>=24kg/m^2) and interested in losing weight; 4. Stable weight (weight fluctuation < 5% in the past 3 months); 5. Eat three meals a day at regular times; 6. Similar level of physical activity (light manual workers).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in a weight loss program in the past 3 months; 2. Taking drugs that affect blood sugar, appetite and energy balance in the past three months; 3. Taking medications that require morning intake; 4. No breakfast habit; 5. Patients with diabetes, hypertension and other basic diseases; 6. Have a history of weight control surgery; 7. Have special eating habits and good spirits; 8. Smoking continuously or cumulatively for more than 6 months or having a habit of drinking alcohol.
