Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All subjects shall meet either 1 or 2 of the following criteria: (1) Subject has knee pain and is diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis (subject provides relevant diagnosis certificate from a regular medical institution); (2) The patient was diagnosed with KOA according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2021 Edition) formulated by the Joint Surgery Group of the Orthopaedic Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Osteoarthritis Group of the Orthopaedic Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. Comply with any two of the following 1) and 2), 3), 4), 5) : 1) Recurring knee pain within the past 1 month; 2) Radiographs (standing or weight-bearing position) show joint space narrowing, subchondral osteosclerosis and/or cystic change, and joint margin osteophyte formation; 3) Aged >=50 years; 4) Morning stiffness <=30 minutes; 5) Bone frictional sound (feeling) during activities. 2. Kellgren-Lawrence Grading ?-?. 3. Subjects can use smart phones to send messages and make video calls through wechat. 4. Can communicate in Mandarin and understand Chinese characters.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, severe osteoporosis, or suspected presence of other pathological conditions in the knee joint; 2. Have undergone knee replacement or other knee surgery; 3. Receive rehabilitation treatment for knee osteoarthritis in a hospital or clinic or rehabilitation institution or participate in other rehabilitation programs for knee osteoarthritis; 4. Uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes (e.g., fasting blood sugar >=16.7mmol/L), or recurrent episodes of hypoglycemia (<=3.9mmol/L), or other confirmed medical conditions with limited exercise (e.g., stroke, heart failure, severe anemia, etc.); 5. Patients with a history of mental disorders; 6. Have been informed by a doctor of other circumstances in which unsupervised exercise is not appropriate; 7. Failure to sign informed consent.
