60 Years to 120 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 60 years; 2. Barthel index score > 40; 3. The disabling state lasts for 6 months or more; 4. The patient or his or her caregiver owns and can use a smartphone or tablet; 5. The patient is willing to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, orthopedic diseases, etc. and cannot complete the training; 2. Those who have poor consciousness and cannot cooperate; 3. Those who have serious anxiety and depression and can not complete the test.
