Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for healthy people: 1. The chief complaint and physical examination showed no abnormal symptoms; 2. Age 16-45; 3. Have a history of sexual life; 4. Regular menstruation; 5. Not pregnant; 6. There was no use of antibiotics and hormones in the past month; 7. No basic disease; 8. No long-term medication history; 9. No STIs. Inclusion criteria for bacterial vaginosis and aerobic vaginitis: 1. Symptoms in chief complaint and physical examination; 2. Morphological abnormality of gram staining (Nugent score = 4 points or Donders' score = 3 points); 3. Age 16-45; 4. Have a history of sexual life; 5. Regular menstruation; 6. Not pregnant; 7. There was no use of antibiotics and hormones in the past month; 8. No STIs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with other or combined with other reproductive tract infections, such as trichomonal vaginitis (TV), vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC), and sexually transmitted diseases; 2. Patients with gynecological malignancies, such as cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, etc; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, blood and endocrine system; 5. Those who were treated with systemic or local antibiotics four weeks before enrollment; 6. Patients with other diseases requiring long-term treatment with hormones and immunosuppressants; 7. Those with mental and neurological diseases who cannot cooperate, and those with alcohol and drug abuse history.
